PRTR is now working with big wholesale to find potential candidates to play the role of Technical Support.
The expectation for this position is being strong in Web & Mobile Application addition, you have good English skills.
Responsibilities
Providing application services (functional and consult).
Monitoring Services, informing and recording issues into the system.
Coordinating with third parties or in-house teams for solutions within SLA time.
Analyzing issues and being able to propose solutions/workaround.
Supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring that business can continue.
Creating a monthly plan and update progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/ IT field.
Experience with Store Applications / Tools / Point of Sales (POS).
Strong Issue Analyst skills.
Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
