Provides Engineering leadership in the design, application and validation of Motors, Actuators and Cable systems to meet or exceed customer and market specific requirements.

Experience
- 5 years minimum managerial experience in automotive industry product design and engineering. Experience in DC Motors, Actuators and Cables would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of automotive industry procedures (APQP, FMEA, SPC, DVPR, Change management).
- Familiar with Automotive requirements for Mechatronic devices and related performance validation.
- Strong communication skills and able to make technical and product presentations to customers.
