Applications Specialist

**The Position**The Application Specialist will be responsible to ensure having complete information when documenting the approval process for all new items, item revisions or changes, items samples and item specifications, which will be reviewed for accuracy and proper approvals.
**Essential Functions**:- Creation of part upload form- Completion of initial part upload form- Storing of stocking agreements- Verify specifications, documents, print cards and customer approvals have been received.
- Maintain consistency and accuracy of part upload forms, ensuring a 100% accurate match to the ERP systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Sourcing to proactively address internal impacts.
- Participate in and contribute on master data cleanups in order to execute a detailed analysis, cleanup, and consolidation of duplicate item file data.
