Responsibilities
- Respond to ALM tickets on reported system bugs and enhancements.
- Define the technical solution and liaise with the Senior Technical Lead / Architecture team to meet business requirements, the project plan, a robust testing process, and schedule to deliver the solution.
- Create training documentation as needed for features developed to be shared with end‑users.
- Maintain the system’s technology stack.
- Operate within the Security Operations standards and guidelines.
- Participate in daily meetings with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Java
- SQL
- JavaScript and React (strong knowledge)
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Azure Development & Ops experience (required)
- .NET (plus)
