A specialized GTM reasoning and agent model trained to operate sales and marketing workflows autonomously.
The model will
- understand GTM workflows
- plan actions across tools
- generate and improve campaigns
- reason over CRM + enrichment + intent data
- operate AI agents inside the graph8 platform
The team will focus on 3 areas
- Building datasets, traces, eval harnesses, synthetic generation, regression testing, and model quality systems.
- Runtime + inference infrastructure
- Building the agent runtime, model routing, serving, shadow mode, inference pipelines, and orchestration inside graph8.
- Fine-tuning and improving our own model built on open-source foundations like Gemma using real graph8 production workflows and trajectories.
