- Handle inbound lead responses from ringless voicemail campaigns
- Book qualified appointments for our sales team using our CRM
- Overcome initial objections with confidence and curiosity (no selling required)
- Log activity and update records in Slack and CRM systems
- Communicate professionally and promptly with the internal team
