Job DescriptionJob descriptionKey Roles/Responsibilities:- To assist in smooth operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of utilities, HVAC, and water systems.- To comply with cGMP, QMS, and safety regulations while carrying out maintenance activities.- To follow ALCOA+ principles while documenting maintenance records, calibration, and logbooks.- To support the upkeep of equipment qualification, validation, and calibration as per schedule.- To ensure adherence to safety protocols, proper PPE usage, and participation in EHS programs.- To monitor service floor activities and utilities to ensure uninterrupted services.- To report repeated breakdowns, deviations, and unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors.- To assist in energy conservation projects, preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.- To raise purchase requisitions for spares/materials and coordinate inventory management.- To maintain compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)...
