**BU & LOB Description:**
Marketing Campaigns are critical drivers of American Express strategy to acquire, engage and retain customers. Marketing teams across US need best in class tools and processes to enable flawless and timely delivery of their campaigns to unlock the value for our customers and prospects. The USTO team is responsible for supporting marketers in their journey of marketing lifecycle by enabling campaign targeting, execution and list delivery processes as well as supporting process enhancements and platform transformations.
**Critical Factors to Success:**
+ Excellent knowledge of Segmentation, Targeting and Eligibility List generation process.
+ In Depth understanding of Marketing Lifecycle and associated sub-processes
