Apprentice Quality Inspector

Position Overview Reporting to the Senior Quality Engineer, the Apprentice Inspector will support the Quality and Inspection team in ensuring products and processes meet required standards. This role offers hands-on training in inspection techniques, quality control, measurement tools, and industry regulations. This opportunity will be completed alongside the Level 4 Quality Practitioner Apprenticeship. Key Responsibilities Assist with visual, dimensional, and functional inspections Learn to use inspection equipment (e.g. calipers, micrometers, gauges) Accurately record inspection results Maintain inspection tools and work areas Follow health & safety and quality standards Participate in training and apprenticeship assessments Communicate quality concerns and support improvement activities Skills & Experience GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English and Science.
