The apprenticesip (alternance) at Nicols:


During your alternation, you will have the opportunity to join a site with beautiful industrial projects over the next years.


Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will have the following tasks:

  • analyse the manufacturing performance and process, propose technical and organisational improvements and support the deployment to the teams

  • Drive and deploy tools to drive continuous operational excellence by providing site teams with problem solving methods

  • support industrialization projects

  • Lead operational performance improvement projects

  • Participate in the cost reduction program
