Responsibilities:Support administration of project list management (including the documentation of files, emails, etc.)
Updating/compiling project cost including follow up to user for forecast project
Maintain ACR, Progress Report and Post Implementing Report listing including remind its due date to user
Prepare actual expense project (General Ledger) by monthly basis
Handle user regarding Coupa question including upload budget, upload, transfer and adjust budget in Coupa
