Aquatics Specialist (Term)

Position Posting Aquatic Specialist (Term)  (1 Position Available)   Term of Employment: Full-time, Term (Approximately 12 months) Rate of Pay: Band 3: $27.96 - $30.71 per hour (Subject to CUPE 1015 Agreement) Article 13.05 c) Should an internal applicant be awarded the term position they shall revert to their former position at the expiration of the leave.

Location: Bioclean Aquatic Centre Duties:   The Aquatic Specialist will be responsible for organizing, planning and implementing aquatic programs for people of all ages.

Programs will include public swim lessons for all ages, Swim @ School, private swimming lessons, and training courses.

Program Planning Develop, plan, implement and manage programs based on community needs and requirements including: Swim for Life program, school swim lessons, water Aerobics and training courses.

Monitor and assist with training staff and volunteers who operate programs.
