Summary of Position Description

The individual will actively support and evolve the enterprise architecture vision by participating in the development of long-term architecture strategy, governance guidelines, architectural patterns, frameworks, and industry-leading practices. Working as a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, the incumbent is responsible for providing comprehensive business solution architecture and providing critical technical direction and guidance across the organization.

Business Solution Architect must possess telecommunications generalist experience, with a deep understanding of Operations Support Systems (OSS) covering inventory management, service provisioning, fault management, and performance monitoring, as well as Business Support Systems (BSS) including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Product/Catalogue Information Man...
