Responsibilities
- Develop creative and practical architectural and interior design concepts for commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential fit‑out projects.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery details, material boards, and 3D renderings for client approvals.
- Ensure full compliance with DM and other local authority regulations for all design submissions and approvals.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to understand design requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetic solutions.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and site teams to ensure designs are executable and align with project scope.
