Job Responsibilities
- Conduct and lead the site inspection (structural and architectural trades) including facade, precast installation.
- Involved and led in checking and coordination of shop drawings and as-built drawings with all respective trades (e.g., Architectural, Structural, MEP and Specialist Subcontractors' works).
- Support end-to-end tendering process, including preparation of tender documents, coordination of consultant and client meetings and issuance of meeting minutes.
- Create clear and concise presentation slides for client management briefings to support decision‑making.
- Review project specifications, shop drawings and technical clarifications.
- Able to prepare and monitor the progress of shop drawings and sample schedule with procurement schedule.
