Job Description Assist client in developing design brief Conduct pre-design research on regulatory requirements Conduct site investigation i.e. check RLP, SIP, DIP and other necessary regulations Brainstorm ideas and develop initial design Ensure initial design complies with regulatory requirements Consult authorities on specific regulatory requirements Assist client to refine design brief Further develop the design in detail to meet requirements for Development Control Submissions and all other relevant regulatory requirements Prepare outline specifications to determine preferred materials, quality and construction method Develop all spaces in detail (exterior, interior, landscape) Refine plan and promotion enhancing feel & space Enhance aesthetics thought analytical design detailing Ensure design intention is translatable to working drawings through construction Ensure that design complies with regulatory requirements Provide client with recommendations on materials and construction ...
