Area Ranger

Area Ranger. Based in Helmsley (with travel across the National Park).

We are looking for two Area Rangers – one permanent and one fixed‑term contract ending on 31 March 2027 – to work full‑time (37 hours per week) with the NorthYorkMoorsNationalParkAuthority.

Role

As an Area Ranger you will support the delivery of recreation, access and conservation work and projects across the NationalPark. Working closely with the Area Manager and the wider Ranger Team you will help develop and deliver annual work programmes, prioritise maintenance and improvement works, and support wider countryside and recreation projects.
