Job Description
The Armaments & AGE Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that all off aircraft maintenance work is performed to approve data and quality standards. Reporting to the Deputy Depth Maintenance Manager for the organisation, administration, control and efficiency of the Part 145 Bay Operations. The post holder will have a high-level understanding of Armament & AGE trades and will be required to think and plan tactically to respond to the constantly changing environment in terms of the customer and product changes/customization
