5+ years of professional experience  in ServiceNow, specifically in architecture or technical leadership roles. 
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)  or equivalent demonstrable level of expertise. 
Strong experience  in architectural design, platform governance, and ServiceNow best practices. 
Expertise in integrations, automation, and core data management . 
Supervision of development cycles , ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability. 
Experience managing complex incidents  and liaising with Now Support . 
Work Model:  Hybrid – Madrid (On-site presence as required by the project).
