HDG is looking for a motivated Art Director / Graphic Designer to join the international team in the Milan office.

DESCRIPTION
The profile required is a key figure within the agency in the strategic and design development of products and services. He/she is able to translate clients’ needs and briefs into targeted and original creative ideas. RESPONSIBILITIES

Design branding projects (developing strategies based on the pillars: purpose, positioning, personality, values, brand architecture, naming) and offer articulated and complex solutions

Creare innovative and multichannel creative concepts

Realise benchmarks functional to the strategic conception

Design and manage communication campaigns

Experiment with innovative and cutting-edge creative solutions

Design verbal and creative content

Develop and manage creative projects of a transversal nature designing the entire consumer experience
