Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer who will serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for AI within our R&D organization. This is a high-impact, hands-on technical role. You will manage architectures, workflows, and standards. Your goal is to support our engineers by building the internal AI backbone designing agentic systems, optimizing pipelines, and ensuring our developers have the most sophisticated AI tooling available to ship high-quality code at speed.

What you will do:

• Building and shipping agentic workflows and driving AI adoption across engineering teams with an focus on agentic system design and MCP servers to improve RnD Velocity
• Build and assist teams with customized RAG pipelines, MCP servers, and dedicated AI tools tailored to each team's specific needs
