Arts & Culture Program Development Associate Manager

The Arts & Culture Program Development Associate Manager designs, develops, and implements Ayala Museum programs and activations under the Public Engagement and Partnerships Department. The role encompasses initiatives in Tours, Education, the Filipinas Heritage Library (FHL), and institutional projects aligned with the organization’s mission to serve as an accessible gateway to heritage for individuals and communities. This position combines strategic thinking, research, and program design with strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement. It also involves network building, performance monitoring, and the end-to-end high-quality execution of events and experiences.
