Job Description
Lead and support end-to-end execution of domestic and cross-border M&A and PE/VC transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transaction documents
Conduct and manage legal due diligence and prepare due diligence reports
Advise clients on structuring of transactions, regulatory considerations, and corporate compliance matters
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for seamless execution of deals
Stay updated with relevant regulatory, corporate, and securities laws
