This is an excellent opportunity for a housing professional with experience managing anti-social behaviour cases, enforcing tenancy conditions, and working collaboratively with partner agencies to create safer, stronger communities.

As an ASB & Enforcement Officer, you will manage a varied caseload of anti-social behaviour, nuisance, hate crime, and tenancy enforcement cases. Acting as the first point of contact for residents, you will investigate complaints, gather evidence, and work with customers and external agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
