Job Summary
The Assembler supports daily plant operations by performing product assembly tasks, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production targets are met or exceeded. This role involves building product components using hand and power tools, identifying and resolving assembly or testing issues, and collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams to support continuous improvement. The position also includes providing informal leadership support to peers, contributing to lean initiatives, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in all work activities.
