Our client is seeking a dedicated Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the assembly department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Assembler
**Location:** Pella, IA
**Pay Range:** $18.00/hour
**Shift:** 6:00am - 2:30pm (OT until 4:30pm), Monday through Friday

+ Perform light assembly functions on production lines to meet daily production schedules
+ Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure smooth operations
+ Adhere to all safety and quality standards, including 6S practices
