Responsibilities:
- Assemble precision mechanical components, frames, panels, and sub-modules in accordance with engineering drawings, BOMs, SOPs, and customer work instructions.
- Perform alignment, fastening, torquing, levelling, and adjustments to meet tight tolerance requirements.
- Operate calibrated hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and measuring gauges accurately.
- Support module integration activities and pre-shipment preparation.
- Execute in-process quality inspections and basic functional verification checks.
- Accurately complete production travellers (MRs), checklists, and traceability documentation.
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving non-conformances (NCRs).
- Ensure full compliance with customer quality requirements, ISO 9001 standards, and internal QMS procedures.
