Asset Management Specialist

The Role:

Ensure effective management and compliance of the organization’s software assets and systems by maintaining accurate inventories, supporting billing and platform operations, and providing timely insights to stakeholders to drive efficiency and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conducts end-to-end software asset management for assigned devices, validating inventories and maintaining accurate records.
• Demonstrates familiarity with administering Microsoft 365, supports routine platform operations, and identifies dependencies.
• Validates and processes software invoices, billings, and payables accurately and on time, maintaining proper documentation.
• Monitors assigned software license consumption, ensures entitlements are followed, and maintains records for audit readiness.
