We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Manager to support asset management activities across a complex property portfolio.

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate asset registers, condition data and maintenance records.
Monitor asset condition, defects and performance trends across the portfolio.
Support lifecycle planning forward works programs and capital planning activities.
Coordinate asset information updates following inspections, maintenance and project handovers.
Work closely with Facilities Management, Property Management and Projects teams to support operational and investment outcomes.
