We're hiring an Asset Manager | Second‑in‑Command (2IC) to support and back up the business across our growing multifamily portfolio. This is a management track role—ideal for a Community Manager ready for the next big step. You'll be mentored, expected to learn fast, implement strong processes and controls, and delegate and track work to completion. Growth role expected to be able to find inefficiencies, come up with creative solutions, and direct and run the onsite team.
Team Enablement & Delegation
- Delegate daily tasks to field teams and third‑party vendors; track work to closure with clear SLAs.
- Support onboarding, coaching, and performance feedback for coordinators, leasing, and administrative staff.
