ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data entry and maintenance across Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
• Adapt quickly to varied cost and production sheet formats across departments
• Perform bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance
• Prepare timely reconciliations and financial reports
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions independently

COMMUNICATION & COLLABORATION

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different time zones
• Proactively flag issues and keep stakeholders informed without prompting
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines...
