Description
Halliday Marx are partnering with an exceptional Media firm to hire an Assistant Accountant on an interim basis for 5 months.

Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
Duties
Manage the end-to-end process for issuing and receiving cash advances from the central cash float, ensuring all movements are accurately recorded and controlled

Maintain and administer the cash management workflow, ensuring timely processing, appropriate approvals, and adherence to internal controls

Prepare and submit expense transfer documentation for approval, covering transfers between individuals and between individuals and regional offices

Act as a key point of contact to investigate, resolve, and follow up on expense transfer queries and discrepancies using the finance system

Perform ongoing reconciliation of an international cashflow, providing interim financial oversight where required
