Assistant, Administrative (Delicias)
General Summary
Provide support to Managers in presentation updates and creation, expense reports, reservations, and other tasks.
Provide support for internal and external visits and coordinate special dining services.
Duties & Responsibilities
Assistance with expense reports for management
Provide support for various confidential projects as needed
Perform administrative tasks and daily operation of the office
Perform a variety of activities
Update presentations; must have good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Required Qualifications for Consideration
Bachelor's degree in Business or any related field
2-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Conversational English 80%
Good knowledge of office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good interpersonal skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
