W Sydney is now casting for an Assistant Bar Manager to support the operations of the Living Room. Reporting to the Director of Beverage & Food, this is an integral role that presents an amazing opportunity to contribute to the efforts of the world’s largest W Hotel.

The Assistant Bar Manager’s primary responsibility includes managing the living room team and day to day operations, promoting the bar, constantly striving to maximize revenues and profitability, and actively executing the B&F programming for the bar. Additionally, the Assistant Bar Manager is responsible for menu planning, maintaining standards, and effectively managing liquid inventories.
