Assistant / Building Manager (Parkway Parade)

This role involves supporting the Property Manager and overseeing building operations, maintenance, and engineering teams at Parkway Parade. Key responsibilities include:

• Support the Property Manager in all aspects of building maintenance.
• Lead the Engineering department and create a strong and efficient operation team to ensure smooth operations of the centre.
• Ensure smooth operation of the centre in preventive maintenance schedules, performance of all service contractors, and implementation of company policies.
• Maintain strong building operations and technical experience with risk management focus and drive.
• Understand and have good knowledge of the M&E systems within the asset and ensure that the systems operate within design efficiencies, troubleshoot, attend to complaints, and achieve targets.
