Assistant Building Manager

Responsibilities Supervise, plan, and organise a team of on-site contractors to carry out both planned and ad-hoc maintenance works efficiently. Investigate, inspect, and analyse reported breakdowns and faults to identify root causes and implement preventive measures. Assist in overseeing day-to-day building operations, ensuring service delivery meets contractual requirements, KPIs, and operational standards. Lead, mentor, and supervise technical staff, supervisors, and service personnel to support daily facilities operations and maintenance activities. Oversee both Hard and Soft Services, coordinating technical maintenance and operational support to maintain building functionality and service excellence. Supervise maintenance and operation of building M&E systems, including electrical, ACMV, plumbing, fire protection systems, pumps, and building management systems.
