Job Description & Requirements
To supervise the overall performance of food service facility and kitchen operations
To oversee inventory control, ordering, food sanitation and quality contract of food products
To lead and motivate employees effectively through implementation of in-house training and incentives plans, resulting in increased productivity levels and employee satisfaction
