Key Responsibilities- Manage and support HNW new business and policy servicing to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant operations
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor service performance (TAT, quality) and drive continuous process improvements
- Support team capability through guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training
- Identify and address operational gaps to enhance efficiency and client experience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve operational issues
- Participate in process reviews and implement operational and system enhancements
