Line of Business: OtherPay Range: $152,700.00 – $203,639.99Assist the Plant Manager in day-to-day operations of the cement plant. Monitor production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality. Support maintenance planning and execution to minimize downtime. Lead and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous performance improvement. Support planning and execution of capital and strategic plant projects Act as Plant Manager during absences, making critical operational decisions.
