Assistant Chef

• Assist in food preparation and cooking according to menu standards
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Maintain proper food storage and stock rotation (FIFO)
• Prepare kid-friendly meals, snacks, and party food items
• Ensure timely service during busy periods and events
• Follow food safety guidelines and HACCP standards
• Assist in inventory control and reporting shortages
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Skills

Previous experience in a kitchen (preferably casual dining / kids venue)

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Team player with good attitude and willingness to learn
