Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Equipment Management Lead the bridge launching team (Engineers, Superintendents, Riggers) in daily SBG launching operations using launching girders and segment lifters.
Manage the assembly, load testing, operation, and maintenance of specialized bridge construction equipment.
Organize and allocate plant, machinery, and resources required for segment erection.
Technical Planning & Engineering Coordination Plan and execute the precast segmental bridge erection sequence in strict accordance with design intent and project specifications.
Develop lifting plans, kinematics, and engineering drawings complying with local codes of practice and engineering standards.
Coordinate directly with temporary works consultants on design erection sequences and resolve site technical matters with supervision consultants.
