SCOPE

Assistant Cost Managers support our team in varying types and sizes of projects in the precontract estimating stages. Our projects are varied and can be relatively small or complex and large.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

  • To support the Cost Management team taking responsibility for allocated tasks.
  • To help us provide excellent service delivery to our clients gain their trust and enhance our reputation.
  • To help us ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service from pre contract to construction completion.

KEY EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of the Cost Management / Quantity Surveying profession.
  • CostX experience is a must
  • Basic experience in the measurement and quantification of building works and Bills of Quantities.
  • Professional approach and confident in your ability to add value to our team.
