Assistant Depot Manager - Moorreesburg

Job description: The focus of this role will be to assist the Depot Manager with the daily operational efficiency of the depot, contributing to the required operational, maintenance and safe working environment. Requirements: Agricultural tertiary qualification Certification: Fumigation, Grading of wheat, Health and Safety accreditation. Work Experience required: 3-5 years of experience as a silo bag assistant depot manager. Strong operational background, agile individual with the ability to multitask. Excellent staff management skills Preventative maintenance and efficiency mind-set in an agricultural environment. Assist with ground preparation, bags layout and measurement. Solid administration skills. Good planning and problem-solving skills, a self-managed individual. Understand risks in the Agri-environment, with a focus on Wheat. Experience with On Farm Depots will also be beneficial.
