Responsibilities
- Collection and consolidation of production data.
- Prepare Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Production Report.
- Provide engineering support to ensure smooth mass production flow.
- Perform failure and root cause analysis and provide corrective and preventive actions to resolve product related problems.
- Analysis of production data for productivity improvement.
- Conduct continuous product and process quality improvement projects to achieve higher production yield.
- Analyse production defects and prepares 8-D report.
- Assist the Manager to make process improvement to achieve higher production yield.
- Achieve Zero Defect.
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electrical/ Electromechanical) with at least 2 years of maintenance/ engineering support exposure in a manufacturing environment.
- Required skill(s): SPC
