Roles & Responsibilities
Setting goals, planning, and controlling production by the company's policies and management's directives.
Controlling production to align with production plans and delivery plans to customers.
Controlling the quality of products or goods.
Controlling inventory to maintain appropriate levels.
Controlling production costs.
Controlling production processes to comply with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) or WI (Work Instructions).
Developing production processes and continuously improving efficiency.
Monitoring and controlling problem-solving measures and implementing preventive actions to avoid recurring issues.
Managing personnel and supervising factory employees to comply with company regulations and safety principles.
