- You’ll assist the F&B Director at managing the catering department (restaurant, bar and work/event spaces). ️
- In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet, you also participate in the engineering of the menu and the setting of menu prices.
- As the true right hand of the F&B Director, you recruit, supervise, and take on many other responsibilities. You take the reins in their absence!
- You ensure compliance with the law; you’re watch at Mama is never over. ⚖️
- You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect!
