Position Title: Assistant General Counsel – Transmission
Reports to: General Counsel
FLSA Status: Exempt
Basic Functions: The Assistant General Counsel – Transmission will support the AMP Transmission, LLC (AMPT) team on acquisitions of existing assets by drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and related interconnection and O&M agreements, and presenting to city councils and open houses on projects. This individual will also support the FERC-accepted rate updates and state regulatory processes and ensure compliance with all relevant FERC, NERC and RTO tariffs, rules and regulations.
