As an Assistant General Manager at Jack Astor’s, you will assist the GM in leading the team to deliver top-quality food, outstanding guest experiences, and memorable service. About You
- 2-3 years restaurant management experience in a similar high-volume environment
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable with computers and learning new software
- Experience managing sales, inventory, cash, and analytical tasks
- Previous scheduling experience and Smart Serve Certification
