Assistant Maintenance Engineer (12H Rotating Shift) (JR10414)

Job Responsibilities : Support and coordinate the shift maintenance team for front-end module equipment, ensuring effective execution of daily tasks. Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on mechanical, electrical, electronics and control systems of process module tools. Assist in planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance for assigned equipment. Provide technical guidance, on-the-job training and mentorship to maintenance technicians. Work closely with vendors, process engineers and internal support teams to resolve escalated equipment issues and improve tool performance. Analyze equipment and maintenance data (downtime, MTBF, MTTR, recurring faults) and prepare accurate shift reports. Support and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability, availability and throughput.
