Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with an organisation based in Harwell (Near Didcot) to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant. The Assistant Management Accountant will receive a salary of up to £38,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working and a bonus!
Primary responsibilities; 
Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including year-end roll-forward activities.
Support the budgeting and reforecasting process, including variance analysis to identify and explain key movements.
Produce accurate and timely financial reports for senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Complete balance sheet and profit and loss account reconciliations.
Support cost analysis initiatives to identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
